Here are three of the kid-friendly playgrounds, farms, and resorts that you can enjoy with your little ones.
The Bambi Playgroup (for kids ages 3-5 years old)
The Bambi playgroup is open to members and non-members alike. Of course, being a member could get you a big discount, but you can still opt for a pay-as-you-go basis especially if you would like to try it out first. You can choose a playgroup based on your kid’s age, note that the maximum age allowed is 6 years old. It is highly recommended for expats as you and your children can mingle with Thais and expats as well.
Funarium (for toddlers and kids aged 13 years old)
Located in Sukhumvit Soi 26, near the center of Bangkok, Funarium is a vast playground that spans almost two thousand square meters. That’s a lot of area for fun and games. It’s an indoor super kids playground that will excite children from 2 years old to 13 years old in a hundred different ways. The playground has 3 areas for toddlers, older kids, and a sports zone with a basketball court and a football stadium. It also has a full cycle and rollerblading track! You will never get hungry for they have a designated feeding zone that serves hot and cold snacks.
The Bangkok Snake Farm (for toddlers and kids)
For kids who love animals, specifically snakes the Bangkok Snake Farm will surely be a hoot! There are daily snake performances that everyone can enjoy. The farm is in Silom and if you are moving to Bangkok, you will easily locate it. It is located at the intersection of Rama IV and Henry Dunant roads, part of the Thai Red Cross Institute, next to the Chulalongkorn Hospital and University.
